Building Your Character

Hi there Guest, Welcome to the guide on how to play Neo Vortex Legacy, Right lets get to it.
First you're going to need to build your character.

First go find the Character template ready to fill in in the Character Creation Section.
Then you must pick your race from the Races section, make sure you pay specific attention to the race guidelines.

Your Character Must -

• Be totally original and not from the DBZ Canon
  
  
• Have a reasonable age, your character must also act his age.
  
  
• Have a base power from somewhere between 1 and 1000
  
  
• Pick only two base techniques to start with
  
  

Simple guidelines to follow, if you can also provide a picture so our imaginations have something to go off that would be great.
However, for now there is a limit for three character's per person. As soon as you create a new one, another one will be deleted.
So watch your step.
