Appearance - Detailed Description of what your character looks like
Picture - If possible
Weapons/Equipment - Items you wish to begin with

Base Power - Start between 1 and 1000

Base Techniques - Allowed 2 level 1 base techniques to begin with. Pick from Base Techniques list
Racial Techniques - Racial Techniques Learnt in game
Finishers - Any Finishers learnt in game
Ultimate Finishers - Any Ultimate Finishers Learnt in game
