There are NPC's scattered throughout the universe.
Some farmiliar faces such as Master Roshi, Korin and Mori
There are many farmiliar faces who died and are now in other world for your training.
Some will become more available as the game progresses.
Make use of them all as they can all teach you something new.
Please note: Only a Mod status or Higher can control NPC's, hence the term, Non playable characters... they're not for you to control, just to converse with/train with/learn from.
